I'm feeling much more settled than I was earlier today due to the horrific dreams I had lastnight. I hate when certain things creep in & poison my subconscious with all sorts of crazy bullshit I'm not even worried about in my waking life. It seems that I always manage to miss the shows that I am dying to see, no matter how excited I am about them. I have a horrible memory in general(but especially for things like that), and rarely ever remember to tune in. It seems like I've been dealing with this same stupid headache off & on for the last three weeks. I'm beginning to at least attempt to connect the dots as to what's triggering it. I read recently that a primary cause of headaches is food allergies; that in most cases, people aren't even aware that they have. Lastnight's dinner certainly offset one ( Read more... )
