Finn loved his four hours at daycare today. He even seemed like he would nap there, but four was all I could handle away from him in a new place. He has four new good friends it seems and they were all hugging and saying goodbye. Also a success, you no longer stick to my floor when walking on it and I feel remotely "caught up".

I heard some excellent tips on the Science Friday podcast of how to reduce your energy consumption, so I'm committed to trying to set my cruise and drive 55 more often to optimize fuel. After Finn's sinus infection cleared, he started getting a strange fever and then broke out in a terrible rash. I took him to the doctor thinking it was a reaction to the antibiotics only to discover he had hand foot and mouth disease AGAIN.
