(no subject)
Saw most of the Pantees for the last time before I go, last night D: The read-through was fun and funny. The new people seem promising, in general. What I like about Introduction Games in Panto is that going around in a circle with everybody stating their names, something interesting about themselves, and what they would do with $5 is like 20 minutes of variety comedy with Pantees, rather than a formality. Everybody aims to get a laugh, and succeeds (okay, maybe 95% of people).
Here are some of the photos I took yesterday:
I love this part of the campus in this 5:00-6:00 light. Partly because it's lovely and partly because I only ever see it so when I'm heading to the Guild to meet people before Panto rehearsals, and that is a beautiful thing.

Daddy Duck didn't like all the attention being paid to his family. (Two other girls were coming close to them)

I took these photos of the river out the window of the bus, whilst moving. Good work, camera! (It's mostly the reason for the wonky horizons)

After we got coffee yesterday, Dad decided we should just randomly go into the lobby of some fancy financial building. Most of the decor was really OHHH LOOK AT THESE EXPENSIVE THINGS WE BOUGHT, but then this was hanging out in a tiny room, so it won lots of points.
From the pre-readthrough impromptu Guild Cafe gathering. I was taking photos with Sally, Lois, Kira and Bradley, then my battery died, so decided to get up to some PhotoBooth shenanigans on my computer. One of the best ones:
I could only manage a couple of shots of the readthrough (due to battery), but I like these I suppose:
