I hadn't realized how much time had passed since my last post until I logged in today. You wonder sometimes where it goes.
Well, audit is over for the most part and things have slowed down tremendously. Thank god! I had gotten to the point that I was so drained on a daily basis I was afraid I would fall asleep driving home- I didn't though.
I've also quit smoking as of the first. This, of course, makes the husband very happy. I also couldn't keep smoking AND running. I mean, let's be honest, that was just never going to work.
Racing season is officially upon us. The husband took the 20 out for tech day at Flamborough last Sunday to shake off the cob webs. The 12 is being worked on as I type. I'm hoping that it'll be ready for tomorrow, since the 12 is his car. I never understood why he always starts working on the spare care before he works on his. It happens every year that the spare is ready to go and his isn't. *Sigh* I suppose he'll never learn.
We'll be in Flamborough again Saturday night for the first race of the season. Should be good. I'm glad that I can take the kids in the pits with me at this track. My babysitters get rich during racing season! LOL!
