That exclamation point is to say, "Part 2" in a very excited manner. It is not "Part 2 factorial," which is the multiplicative product of all counting numbers up to and including 2. (For the record, though, 2! = 2 x 1 = 2, so it comes out the same either way, just less excited and more mathematical.)

I dressed as Sun Wukong, the Monkey King. Made my own costume, too. Wore it to work, then to the Halloween party that Moses and Pam hosted that night. While I understand that the character is fairly obscure, but some of the guesses people made were fairly rediculous.

"Are you a prince?"
Perhaps the crown threw them off?
