tonight's adventure
today started out boring...i slept til 2pm...ate some cereal and watermelon and watched Alfie with Jude Law, who is a gorgeous man.
eventually things got better - nina and i met rebecca and karen at coffee time, had one of their AMAZING shakes, and talked about college. After they left, nina and i drove around northwest for a while, eventually ending up are ORU, which is southeast, but whatever...we drove in, and had to go past the security guard little box thing. he didn't follow us at first, and we drove over towards the boathouse. turns out there are people living in those shady little aparments. we decided not to get out adn walk down to the dock - it was rainy and cold, plus really sketchy down there now. which is sad since we felt like we owned the place last year ( i guess we did ). so we were driving out and the security man comes flying in his little golf cart...he waves at us to stop, but i just drove past and all the way out the gates. it was sorta scary, sorta ironic, but funny too. there was no way i was stopping...i know by now the oaks park security has zero power...especially in their badass little golf carts with high power headlights. whatever though, i would have just told him i forgot my waterbottle or something...
