some memories/accomplishments/survivals
Things I have accomplished (or I prefer to say survived) this year:
-1 year at the University of Notre Dame
-2 semesters of requirement and 2 weeks of final exams
-1 fall, 1 winter, and 1 spring season of rowing
-1 SYR
-1 year of living with a roommate (who i'll be living with again next year- but in a better room!)
-5 ND home football games
-1 freezing ass cold snowy midwest winter- complete with runs for an hour in 9 degree weather
-1 san diego crew classic without ORU
-1 surgery (my first) getting all 4 wisdom teeth out...ok i'm still in the process of surviving that
-10 classes passed - maybe not with flying colors, but still passed
-3 portland to south bend flights, 3 the other way...some how both my luggage and I made it through the chicago airport
-2 holidays away from home - thanksgiving and easter
-3 concerts: the Glee Club twice and my roommates orchestra
-1 step show, 1 play, multiple student films
-?? parties including the Swim team's "Sexy legs" party, the Glee Club after parties, the crew house halloween party (i was a member of the spice girls), my team's Pop Stars party and end of season Goodwill party
-and best of all, finding the best college in the world and managing to come home with at least one or two people willing to publically acknowledge me as a friend
