Epsilon hasn't been inside the apartments before, but she knows where they are. She picks up on the life signs within, though at a distance, her readings are confused by the magic of the Gardens. It is the equivalent of peering through a dense fog. Her "human senses" relay information perfectly, but her other senses are dimmed. She barely takes note of this as she approaches the building, as she's grown used to the phenomenon over her time here.
She finds her way to Jackie and Dom's apartment and knocks on the door. It is a patient knock, neither forceful nor tentative.]

She sets her books down and comes to open the door. She doubts anyone would be any threat, but still only opens the door as wide as her body.]
Epsilon. [A very slight tilt of her head.] Hello.

Have you been well?

[She glances over her shoulder, back at the bedroom door, wondering if Jackie had heard the knock at the door, could hear their conversation now.]
I'm afraid Jackie may not want visitors.

Between thinking and staying close to Em - almost 24/7, save for when one of them needs personal space - it hasn't left her in much of a place for making visits. Jackie hasn't been out of her thoughts, though, and sharp and bitter as their last few conversations were, Ellie's experienced enough of that to know that, eventually, you suck it up and get over it, no matter how much someone has pissed you off and hurt you when they're an important enough friend.
Not necessarily a good friend, she couldn't pretend she or Jackie was especially good at it, but definitely important.
She's a little tense when she knocks on the door, but it's just nerves. She seems calmer than she has in a while, at least. )

Hello, Ellie. [She frowns, slightly, but a quick look over proves Ellie to be physically alright. She'd looked back on the vine, searching out Jackie's recording, and had seen the incident with Ellie and her friend.] Is everything alright?

And embarrassing as it was to admit it to herself, she didn't think about Dom so much. She should work on that, she was pretty sure. After all, she even paid attention to Kevin, sometimes, and he was really bloody annoying. Dom seemed pretty great for someone that a friend was involved with, by comparison - maybe because she wasn't so full of herself that it seemed to radiate off her and then totally useless (an unfair verdict), but still. She seemed all right.
It takes Ellie a second to get herself past the cluster of thoughts and speak again. ) It's been worse. How are you?
( She almost smiles a little at the gloves. In fact, it might ( ... )

I was washing the dishes.
[She sees that tiredness about Ellie. It's a familiar thing to her, she sees it on Jackie often enough, although it is not usually accompanied by smiles.]
I am well enough. [It was a stock phrase, she'd used it a lot in the war. Well enough, on her feet, moving, but not okay, not good.] Is your friend alright? I saw, on the vine.

She wouldn't care for someone to enter her floor without her permission, but Reno's not big on the Golden Rule. She raps on the door carelessly.]
Anybody in there?

She's frowning a little as she opens the door, wondering why someone would feel the need to both knock and call through.]
Yes?

Hey, neighbor, how's it going? Just thought I'd swing by. You know, be neighborly.
[She glances down at her hand. There's a bandage on it, as she's covering up that stupid wish heart thing. Ugh, that would teach her to go adventuring with Kitty. Pft, helping people.
More importantly, she is carrying some alcohol.] Brought you some beer. [Hey, weren't there six of those? Now there are only four. Oh, right.]

[The woman's timing is dreadful, really. If she'd chosen to come investigate the neighbours sooner, Jackie might have been able to deal with this, and Dominique wouldn't be quite so chilly. She looks down at the beer, noting that two are gone.]
Thank you, but we don't drink.
[Which wasn't entirely true. Jackie did, sometimes, but Dominique doubted she wanted any in her current state (and would worry if she did).]
