I'm rather irritated. I managed to make potato cheese soup for scratch last night (and if you know my cooking history, you know this is an AMAZING feat.) It wasn't bad - definitely learned a few things (like making sure to get the right kind of potatoes... And not listening to Jim on the amount of bacon to put in...5 strips was WAAAY too much.)
