Cupcakes mania!
Hi there!! Happy New Year to all my dear friends (since this is my first post of 2013)!!
Classes are almost starting, my academic report hasn't come out yet (but I already know the grades and they were quite good ^^) so nothing better than bake something to get into a better mood... haha. Honestly, I've been watching Masterchef lately (the one with Gordon Ramsay - and this man is the best) and was inspired by their fantastic cooking. I have a friend who was pretty excited about baking so we gathered in my house one afternoon and challenged Red Velvet chocolate cupcakes. They turned out delicious!! And damn easy to make. I've made a mental note to try more variations in the future... hehe ^^

The colours came out perfectly!! I've had some bad experiences with food colourings but this one really nailed it ^^
