Had a lovely evening out with Mumsy last night - to a Jane Austen society meeting, which was very interesting. Hazel was giving a talk on her collection - she has so many books it's almost silly. James has just come in from his Media GSCE exam - the film sequence they had to disect was from Howl's Moving Castle - I lolled! So he reckons he did quite well - considering he's seen it a million times *while pretending not to watch it at all cos it's one of my 'girlie' films*

Just got back from seeing Matthew Bourne's Nutcracker at the Birmingham Hippodrome and it was really
