Looking for research study about effect of school on perception of research article

Does anyone know if any research has been done on how the school of the authors affects the reader's perception of its validity? Specifically, I am looking for studies that might have compared articles written by someone (supposedly) at an ivy league school vs. by someone (supposedly) at a normal school with two groups of subjects, with the schools switched for each group, and whether this affected the overall perception of the article. If it hasn't been done, I'm interested in doing it...but it seems like such a basic thing, surely's someone done it before?

I've tried searching for articles through PsychInfo...my search terms are too broad to get anything useful from the search. Thanks in advance for any help! I will quite appreciate it.
