I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of the new Transatlantic live set - recorded on the last tour (which I was fortunate enough to witness...) I couldn't resist the full-on five disc box set. Rumours are it's arriving on doormats in the US, so I reckon I've a week or two yet to trade on memories....

Well. The weekend of Prog is over, and what a marvellous weekend it was.

Was flicking through a few of the darker corners of the record collection and stumbled upon erstwhile Camel-collaborator and famously flying-(and otherwise leaving Holland)-a-phobe Ton Scherpenzeel's band Kayak. A cheesier collection of synth-led prog there has never been committed to disk.
