Stuck in a Rock and a Hard Place!
I'm stuck. I got the job at the hotel downtown, just have to go for the drug test. The problem is neither my husband nor my mom want me to take it, even though it will further my career, and after awhile, I prolly could transfer closer to home. The Farmer is being sold, so I need to get out and get a decent job with insurance and such. I called Chef back and told him I would be down there for about 9:30 to do all the b.s. I need to do to start working. I went to school for this, and I really can't find anything around here. Am I wrong? Both of them are saying that it is dangerous going down there, but both of them are kinda paranoid. Not saying that in a bad way, but I know how to handle my own, I've done it a million times before. I'm looking at this as a career stepping stone, and I feel I should have the oppourtunity to do so. Or, I can keep looking around here, and hope for the best...............?????????....................
