It's Been a Minute.......
I haven't been on here in awhile, so I thought I would do a quick update:
~I applied for a cooks job a the Detroit Marriot in the Renissance Center, and the Chef called me back and I go next Thursday and work out the details. I am SO ready.........
~The Tempest tour is only stopping in Grand Rapids so far, so I got to get tickets to go to it. I really like the CD. Alot more then the Calm.........
~Today's dinner that I'm getting ready to make is shrimp burgers in grilled portabella mushroom caps with a pineapple salsa. I feel creative, what can I say? Yeah, Rob and the kids are gonna have reguler beef burgers and fries.......I just wish they weren't so picky!..................
~I'm thinking of going down to Tulsa to visit Mikey and them when the Tempst tour stops there. It's like 10 days after my birthday so it would be kinda cool to do. I'm wearing the J shirt that he gave me when he was up here a week ago. *blushes* I love my Mikey..............Speaking of which, the Gathering is coming up and no word about where it is gonna be yet. Alot of us work and need advance notice to ask for the time off to go!!!! If I do get another job, I need to tell them that that weekend I won't be there. If they announce it too late, then I just maybe assed out this Gathering.
Time to clean house, work on dinner, etc............................
