Anthropology is a vague catagory of higher learning based around the study of man. the pro pizza drivers has a taste for amatuer anthropology, as it helps him build the replica of the universe in his head he has been working on since birth, tying down to key systems to him, people and how to deal with them...since the pro pizza driver is forced to deal with them, he has decided to learn to control them...thus making it easier to achieve his main goal in life, BIG TIPS.

to a driver there is only one good type of phone girl, she is soomewhat smart, but speaks clearly, types extremely well and does manual chores, and is hopefuly not attractive...but has a sexy voice. the mythical perfect phone girl is said to have prior experience in phone sex but be completely loyal to her angry one eyed spanish boyfriend, who collects knives.
but there are many types of bad phone girls (so many a true PPD evaluation was deemed useless at best), they own cell phones, and talk about them, a lot, with each other...or they have a lot they do at school which needs discussed in lengthy, chatty circles, while speaking over the sound of "that annoying ringing"- because phone girl is always very young, and usually, thats all they got going for them....
the worse type of phone call girl is young, dumb, mutters, flirts with the weaker drivers, and generally, takes up space in the most annoying fashion possible....the propizzadriver knows that this is an object put infront of him by his nemisis, the system...and its minions, managers.
in THE PIZZA GAME the phone girl is the most useless, and at times the only thing keeping the whole ship afloat (but who isn't at times)...when elbow deep in need to be made pies, who is a manager to look for to get the phone when the drivers are all gone.
the break down is simple, no phone answering, no clients, no clients, no chance for BIG TIPS. Once a driver becomes a PPD and is GAME AWARE, he realize's how crucial it is to keep your phone girls focused and happy.
