- Sprayed the car down in an attempt to locate leaks

I found a few places where the water is getting through the door's moisture barrier, and it looks like the best option is to remove it entirely and try to get rid of as much of the gunk as possible, and then start fresh with new sealant and plastic.  ::sigh::
