Since my car is significantly lowered, I felt it would be a good idea to take it to someone who has extensive professional experience with Miata suspensions and alignments. I asked for an alignment geared primarily toward street use but with a bias toward neutral handling for the occasional autocross or fun run.

Initial impressions of the alignment are that it stays "true to center" better, provides improved steering feedback, and produces less "tracking" of the tires when driving along grooves in the road. However, the real test will be to see well how the tires wear over time.

Unfortunately, I forgot to request a printout of my alignment numbers, so I will have to call back tomorrow and ask if he can remember what settings he selected for me.

Mileage: 143,705

Update: New Alignment Specs

Front Caster: ~6.0°
Front Camber: -1.8°
Front Toe: .05° TOE IN**

Rear Camber: -2.5°
Rear Toe: .05° TOE IN**

**I'm not sure if this is total toe or just toe-per-side. I'm thinking that it is toe-per-side though, given the steering feel.
