- Extended each of the shock bodies by one full rotation
I mounted the new tires and wheels the other day in order to ensure that there was no rubbing and to determine if one of the wheels was properly balanced (as it arrived without any wheel weights on it). After driving around for a bit and also doing some testing in the driveway, I determined that the tires might occasionally make mild contact with the fender liners if hitting a bump while turning hard and at speed. Although it was probably not cause for concern, I opted to raise the ride height ever-so-slightly just to give myself a touch of additional clearance.
Additionally I determined that the wheel in question was not balanced, so I had it balanced and informed Element Motorsports and was promptly reimbursed.
