Based on discussion with the support admins, since the category of Customization is now completely closed (all requests being closed out), all Customization Privs have been removed.

thewildrose has been given I1 in Customization.

pinkish isn't as inactive as I thought. Based on her skill and experience (and the fact she's demonstrated she's up on current policies) she has been re-granted supporthelp in Customization.

Gave trelana I2 in Cust by virtue of the fact she has supporthelp in several other categories.

I think I've caught all the ones I missed now.

The following supporthelps were dropped down to I2 in g/u:
bertho, bkhalil, genders, mart, moeser, tydel

The following privs along with community access to lj_support amd support_general were removed from radiantaeryn, a deleted account.
supporthelp in g/u, I2 in customization, I2 in user picture icons

Any questions on the g/u aspect should be addessed to Rahaeli and myself.

I2 in Cust was given to rho, nyxie, and deslea based on their earning supporthelp in g/unk. Sorry I missed it earlier guys.

Satiredichotomy and bitterlight have been given I1 in Customization.

crschmidt was given I2 in Customization.
