Thicker than "normal" yogurt and more... cheese-like, sort of. It's a little like ricotta. It's probiotic, so it's good for digestion. - Ceres brand Passion Fruit juice -- birdofparadox brought this up to me, and I am now making my way through a liter of it from Fresh Market in Madison.
