today is crazy busy so i don't have time to fully expand my thoughts just this moment, but i still want to get this down.
marge, our mortgage broker, emailed us last night to say Danny and I have qualified for pre-approval on a home loan.
so, we are not "pre-approved" right this moment, but once we come up with our down payment money and do some more paperwork, we will be pre-approved.
then we can buy a house.
it's really going to happen.
i have not even begun to process the emotions. i'm sure it will hit me soon. i'm sure the proper entry will occur then.
but for now, YAY!
