ever since my first stress management class in college, i've been interested in learning all sorts of holistic approaches to improving health. years of accumulated knowledge, while interesting and helpful, gets a bit messy in the brain, particularly when there isn't one focus or category i study more than others.

livejournal is the closest i've coming to blogging about health things that interest me, but because this is also my personal journal, i'm not comfortable redirecting non-LJ people back to certain entries.

so, i decided to start a blog! a real one, not a psuedo-journal; a place where i can link text and articles and recipes and pictures in a format meant for public consumption.

the URL is http://kittiehealth.tumblr.com and if you have any interest in nutrition, exercise, supplements, stretching, meditation, chiropractic medicine, pilates, recipes, and/or any of the other health-related stuff i talk about from time to time, you should check out the blog!

my goal is to be as helpful to other people as possible while logging the large amounts of stuff i seem to learn.

the blog also links to my facebook page and a twitter feed. you can find me on facebook by searching for "bernott consulting" and the twitter feed is @kittiehealth. follow one or both of those and you'll see the blog topics and you can pick and choose what to read from there!

the main reason i'm eager to share is because several ppl here on LJ have asked me questions about stuff in the past, so i'm hoping this is a more direct way to deliver information without leaving randomly in comments.
