my laptop shipped!! eta is wednesday. impatient kittie is impatient!
in other news, blizzard's worldwide invitational is in full swing, and there have been some mad crazy announcements! i'm keeping up with everything via twitter, but i thought i'd recap some stuff here:
1. diablo III has been announced!
2. every WoW class gets a discussion panel at the invitational, and they're announcing some cool stuffs! (raidwide totems for shamans, WF application for druids, pet talent trees as opposed to pet skills for hunters, more dps/less health return for spriests, and more to follow.)
3. the death knight kicks off at 55 (we knew that) and the designs are mostly finished, as ppl at the WWI can play them like we got to test WotLK at blizzcon 2007!
all in all, WotLK is starting to look less exciting and more omgomgomgomgOMGOMGOMG at this point... it feels like blizzard used outlands as a physical expansion, and will be using northrend as an almost spiritual expansion. outlands fed our pocketbooks -- northrend will feed our rpg souls.
.... and if you're not into rpg, the new pvp things like war machines look pretty cool too! :D
