Suppository fun.
So, this is kind of a weird issue, but here it goes!
I've been on a progesterone suppositories for the last month, and will be for the remainder of my first trimester, but I can't shake the feeling that I'm DOING it wrong (I know, how?!) and not getting the full benefit. Like, they go in before bedtime and I assume are supposed to stay there for eight hours and dissolve, but I'm not very good at falling asleep so will generally have to get up and pee after an hour or so, and then it all seems to come out!
Do you think that's long enough for the medicine to get into my system?
Also, this is kind of awkward, but I have small hands (short fingers) and have a hard time getting them IN in the first place, or maybe not far enough in... I don't know, it's a mystery down there. Is there an easier way of doing this? Maybe an applicator?
