Toothache Question

Lets make this short and sweet LOL: For starters i am 28w2days along. A few months back i had my right wisdom tooth pulled. Over the last weekend my Left wisdom tooth decided he wanted to join the party. Unfortunately my Left wisdom tooth is crowding all of my other teeth, and making the whole left side of my mouth all the way up my jaw unbearably sore. It is impossible to eat anything as most the pain is going from the very left side of my mouth right to the middle of it. I cannot get into the dentist until wednesday afternoon.

Question: I am concerned with my calorie intake. I worry that i am not eating enough for 1 let alone 2. Will this effect my babys growth?

SN: Any pain relieving methods you used?
