I'm 8w5d today.
I'll admit, I haven't been eating fabulously healthy of late. I have been getting my fruit and veggies and milk and the like, but I've also had fast food and junk food somewhat often. I've put on roughly 8 lbs so far. Is this normal pregnancy weight gain, or is this chub from a combination of junk food and a reduced PT program (I switched from regular Army PT to pregnancy PT, which is a GREATLY reduced activity level) I'm cutting back on the junk food and trying to snack healthy, but I wanted your opinions as well.
