Antigen E and Antigen c

I am 13 weeks pregnant with #3. I was informed after #2 that due to antibodies in my daughters blood that I developed antigens in my blood. They are Anti E and anti c (red blood cell antibodies) These antigens would only pose a problem if I get a blood transfusion with the wrong antibodies present in the blood or if I get pregnant again and the baby has the antibodies present in his/her blood. Basically, my blood will attack the babies blood and lead to anemia or possible heart failure in utero. The easy solution was to just not get pregnant again, but that didn't work out quite as we planned :)

I've searched from one end of the internets to the other and I have found very little on this. I've gotten some info from the Dr. and I've been referred to a specialist who has yet to schedule a consultation to give me any idea of what to expect. So I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with this, and any experiences (scary or comforting) you might be able to share.
