This episode does feel like this series is re-establishing themselves starting with the school settings. While I am not sure if this episode is considered as a restart but I'll just have to keep watching to find out.
Though while the new generals just introduced without any proper build up, I do like Grave quite a bit. Hopefully Elysio will not fall behind.
Interesting review there, and I see that at least there's no negative point there looking from the Strawberry Town. I'm glad that the drama was managed to be sorted out there, and that's all that I could say here.
As for this episode, since you comment about Washio and the older staff I guess he decided to interfere now. I said this because apparently from last episodes I think he was mostly just observe the work of his apprentice, and turned out it was quite a mess just like you said. For the information here, Washio was still the planner here although I guess you already knew that. Regardless, from now on I'll looking forward to see of how KKPC will go now that the staff was managed to sort out of the problem (For now at least).
Actually, there are still some negatives in Strawberry Town , like OP, Ichika's position and the beginning story contradicts the transferer story. Perhap it is not as critical as the past, so you feel that there is no negative. (Similarly, I had mentioned some positives in the past review, but you don't notice...) In addition, I don't need to be as critical as before because Toei is going to change the negatives I had mentioned before (I don't think Toei will let the problems go throughout the series).
As for your past reviews while most of those was quite critical if I may honest, I knew that there's still some positive especially back at episode 6 and 12. Oh, and 16 as well. In the end, whether you want to be critical or not it's up to you and therefore it's no problem to me here from the very beginning. Forgot to said that I like the new format in regard of your review.
I just wanted to mention... Ichika can be good at making curry but not sweets. The reason being that cooking is different from baking. Yes, they both have ingredients and have to be measured, but they are done differently. Also Ichika's father could have shown her how, or done so with her when she was younger. Baking she would've done with her mom, but as is introduced in the very beginning of this series her mom isn't around much, so she probably has to bake on her own most of the time. Her father might not bake as often, though I believe in the one episode a while back with the sweets festival or what not they did go to it together. I can't recall if they had a stand or not, but I don't think they did. Pretty sure they just went to eat the sweets.... So her father might not bake himself, just her mom. Thus she would've learned to cook, but not to bake
