SCHOOL'S OUT!!!! and Arashi <3
HI HI!!!
Best news ever for today!!! I'm finished all my exams!!! WOOOHOOOOOO SCHOOL'S OUT FOR THE SUMMER BABY!!!
I'm excited that I can start relaxing... okay not... just excited. I'm going to have the busiest summer ever!
How you ask? Well, here is a list of things I need to / want to do to spend my summer time:
- WORK... gotta earn me some ca$h money
- COSPLAY: I'm going to an event called Anime North this year and my group of friends and I are all planning to do a cosplay group for Soul Calibur IV. Pretty excited about it. I'd have to lose some weight though because I'm going to dress up as Talim. Only a couple more days to go until the day!!!
- house projects: like building an herb rack, an L-bench, sewing some cushion covers, building shelf boxes. Anybody know where I can get a power drill
- sewing and craft projects like the long overdue dress I was going to make. I have TONS of fabric but never enough time to actually sew. It's kind of silly because whenever I'm at a thrift shop or at Fabricland and I see this AMAZING fabric I get it right away but then I never have time to work on it
- READ a lot of books. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm a big fan of the Brent Weeks trilogy
- Learn Japanese by teaching myself. I already have a book purchased and have gone through the first 2 chapters. I find that If I do some studying over the summer then my mind wouldn't turn into mush. There's that and the fact that I get sooooo irritated when I have to watch RAW files of anything Japanese and I can't understand a thing! I understand some things and get the general gist of the conversations but I really want to understand the extent and the depth of the conversations. And that's pretty much why I want to learn Japanese.
- Go on a TRIP! I'm planning on going to the Philippines for vacation this year! I can't wait! it's been about 9 years since the last time I've gone. I miss all of my cousins and hope to do ALOT of shopping when I get there. It's going to be a blast.
There's that and more. I'll update the list as I go along I guess lol

On an Arashi related note:
First off, I'd like to thank all of the communities that have accepted my request to join them. It's been great so far and I've gotten to see download more Arashi videos! Thanks to you guys, I'm going to buy another external hard drive. And that's a good thing lol.
Also, I've gotten to convert one of my friends into Arashianism lol. I came over to her house giving her the Ageha specials on Himitsu no Arashi-chan and the AnS Odoroki specials and she fell in love (with a little push from me) ahaha We both have the same favourites: SHo and Aiba or should I say Sakuraiba. They are sooo adorkable it's NOT even funny. I'm glad I turned her over the Stormy side because I've been fangirling by myself for the past month or so. I just recently gotten into the Arashi universe and so far I'm loving it! I'm expected to bring my hard drive over to her house this Saturday while we work on cosplay. I wanna give her the funniest and cutest moments so that I'd squee and kya~~ with her lol
I'd go into detail on how I got started on my Arashi fandom but since this is quite a long post already, I'll save it for another time. n_n
