My girl (Aiba) and some personal tid bits :3

I got home last night from my second exam and guess what I did? I watched My Girl (TV Asahi) for the first time! It stars Aiba Masaki (Love!) and the story's about him taking in a long lost daughter and taking care of her. I'm at the second episode so far and it's been pretty good. I find that the characters are a bit lacking in depth however. For example, I didn't really feel the love between Youko and Masamune. They went out for a year and I guess they had relations which resulted in her getting pregnant but I didn't feel as if they really loved each other. You know what I'm talking about? Like they didn't really click with me. I've watched other dramas where when you see the two romantic leads and BAM! you automatically know that the sparks will fly. (This happened to me when I watched HanaDan, Devil Beside You). But then again, I'm only at the second episode and the story IS about him and daughter right? I'll watch more when exams are done tee hee

Synopsis:
The story revolves around a 23-year-old man named, Kazama Masamune. During high school, he had a girlfriend four years older than him, but she suddenly leaves to go abroad. Six years later, he receives news that she has passed away. In addition, she secretly gave birth to Masamune's daughter. Now the five-year-old daughter, Koharu, is returning home to Japan, and Masamune must raise her.

wheww.... Exam is totally hectic. Only 2 down and 2 more to go.... I had 2 yesterday and the day before for Sociology and they went pretty well I guess. I just wished the professor would've picked a better time slot. I mean....Who in their right mind would want to come to school at like 8pm?!?! I hope I did okay.. I studied my butt off and restricted myself from watching anything Arashi related (my re-kindled obsession) for the entire period... I remember my hand cramping partway through writing my essays.. It was not a pleasant feeling... Aha.. I remember having to pause and tell myself to just relax because I was breathing so hard. I've never been so nervous for an exam before. My goodness.
I need to get some more sleep. My eyes are dry and my body aches. I need to drink more water or something.
side note: okay ## more days until Anime North! I can't wait! I need to work out more or something lol. I have to be able to pull off my Talim cosplay which means MID-RIFF omg... so little time!
