Here is day three of “follow the reviews”. No, it's not getting a special week tag.
TITLE:
The Beginning of the Story and
The Demon's We FacePERPETRATOR:
Sonny13SUE-O-METER:
(awful)
COVER/BANNER ART: It is a clip of the writer's avatar which is an angel in a suit with the sun shining from behind.
FULL NAME: Faye Malfoy
SPECIES: She is Draco's sister.
HAIR: Her hair is naturally blonde.
EYES: Her eyes are likely grey naturally.
MARKINGS: Nothing much.
POSSESSIONS: “The hosue we lived in was large, so I had quite a big room. It was the very top of my house, my Mother let me have it because I always had a fascination with the stars. My room was mainly decorated in red, with some gold here or there. My king size bed sat in the corner, I had my broom sitting on it's stand next to all of my trophies. I had my own on suite and a large balcony.” We never find out what her Christmas presents from first year are. (You know... that's one of the fun things!)
CONNECTION TO CANON: She and Draco get into an argument so she comes and sits with Ron and Harry despite the fact Ron has issues with the Malfoy family. She shows off her powers and the first chapter otherwise follows the events of the movie which is why the characters are sorted out of order. She gets sorted at the end into Gryffindor. She gets a letter from Lucius chewing her out. She gets on the Quiditch team. They run into fluffy. The title of chapter five is “Marrying Snape and Food Fights” and thought that the writer would make her character betrothed to Snape but thankfully they just gossip about whether he is married or not. Then there is the troll incident. Then the Quiditch match. Then Christmas. When she gets home Lucius grounds her to her room and she sends off her Christmas presents to everyone. We then move to the second fic which covers third year. This starts with Lucius hitting her for talking back and kicking her out so she ends up at the Leaky Cauldron with everyone else. Apparently the Weasly family “... found [her] in a bloody heap on the ground.” It then follows the plot again on the train and she talks about how she'll always love her brother because he's her brother despite not always liking him. (Um... that's not how unconditional love works. You still like the person, just not what they do.) Hermione tells her she has a time turner because Faye is her best friend.
ORIGIN: “What if there was another person to sit with Harry and Ron on the train that day. Draco's sister does to. She has an interesting gift. Harry, Ron and her instantly become friends. And soon they become the Golden Quartet. Harry/OC”
SPECIAL ABILITIES: “In this story, Metamorphmagi can also transform fully into animals, I know they can't do this in the movies or in the books, but in mine they can.” Hermione asks her, “How can you eat so much and still stay so skinny?” to which she answers “Fast Matabilism.”
NOTES: I had the choice today of three stories from Sonny13. There was a story about Draco's Sister, a girl named Faye and a story where Hermione's parents were killed when she was little and she ends up being a part of the Supernatural fandom. I think I'll come back to the later two after “follow the reviews” as they seem very interesting. Well, the third story. The second actually ties in with this one.
SAMPLE:
"Excuse me, do you mind? Everywhere else is full," I looked to the door to find a young boy with flaming orange hair looking at me politely.
"Not at all," I replied, happy that I might make a friend. He smiled and walked in, sitting opposite me.
"I'm Ron by the way, Ron Weasley"
"I'm Harry, Harry Potter," I replied. His eyes grew wide.
"So, so it's true. Do you really have the, the..." he trailed off.
"The what?" I prompted.
"The scar," he whispered.
"Oh," I sighed as I lifted my hair up to reveal the lightening shaped scar.
"Wicked," he grinned.
"Um, Hey do you guys mind if I sit here? I got into a fight with my brother and he kicked me out of the cabin."
We both turned to see a girl our age with bright purple hair that reached her shoulders and sapphire blue eyes. She was small, and had a heart shaped face.
"Sure," I smiled. She grinned at us and sat beside Ron.
"I'm Faye-Ella Malfoy. But you can just call me Faye," she said.
"I'm Ron Weasley." Ron informed her.
"And I'm Harry Potter."
"Really?" she asked. "It's a pleasure to meet you."
