Checking in

I fell asleep last night before I can update.

Yesterday was not too bad.  I ate well within the calories on myfitnesspal, which is always good.  Although, I noticed that I went over in carbs and sugars.  Doh!

I had a day off from kickboxing b/c I had to take Daniel to soccer and missed class.  Tonight I'll be back at it.

I realized I didn't drink that much water yesterday since today I feel all swollen.  Today's goal... drink up!

Alrighty, time to head off to work.  Until next time....
