Manners, or the Lack Thereof

I was cruising about, looking for some background information (we are a tenacious lot, aren't we?) when I came upon this, and it was too precious not to share.

I'm not quite sure why George Washington felt compelled to issue this...but, then again, maybe I do understand.

It did take me a few minutes to stop laughing before I could post this. There were just too many mental images flashing about for me to be able to find the keyboard.
