Just a quick post to comment on the tornadoes that went through Arkansas last night. They actually went straight through the area I live in, but missed our house by about 2 miles. It was an exciting day here in Arkansas. Super Tuesday brought lots of attention to the state, since we have a Democratic candidate who claims Arkansas when she wants the votes and a Republican candidate who was Arkansas previous Governor. My weekend was actually  rather calm given the events of the proceeding days.  Friday I spent baking cookies and a cake for a planned "sweetheart ride" for abate on Saturday.  We had decided to push ahead with the event even though the weather forecast included 100% chance of thunderstorms, flash flooding, and possible tornadoes.  Must be spring in ( Read more... )
