What would you say is the minimum food budget for one person? I don't eat dairy products or meat, but eggs are ok.  My commonly eaten foods include oatmeal, bananas, rice, beans, spinach, tortillas, and frozen peppers, and flax and sunflower seeds.  Do you have any ideas for how to diversify all that?
