i live off less than 600 a month and only get 65 for food a month for just myself. i have learned to be alot more frugal and eat well and learn to budget alot better by this. here are the books i got to help me get more for my buck. you can get them at your local libary or interlibary loan them and get more information to lvie alot better for your money. i also only shop at sav-a-lot and aldies and walmart stores and get most of my personal needs from dollar stores and discounts and dont ever clip coupons.
