Long time no see! :D I'm just going to dive right into my feelings about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
First off, I think I enjoyed it. It seems, in my opinion, that it was a bit overhyped on Tumblr(which is where i spend all my time now) to the point where I thought I was going to burst into tears at every moment. So even before the movie started I was choking up with just the idea of it. Which was a bit overwhelming.
As the movie went on, the urge to cry diminished. It was still very sad throughout the movie and my eyes were wet during most of it. omg, I thought i was going to lose it when I saw Dobby's grave, and I almost did. My lip was quivering a lot, and I was trying to hold it in by stuffing my face with RedVines.
As the death scenes came, it was really hard to watch or grasp that they died. But Lupin's dead body really got to me. His death really made me depressed, since he was always my favorite character. So yeah. :'(
I didn't full on cry, but I did feel a single manly tear on my cheek, a la Michael Fassbender in X-Men: First Class. The movie did leave me feeling numb though. But I'm planning on seeing it again anyway. :)
Uh. I just reread this over to proofread, and I came to the realization that I suck at writing reviews. I could never be a critic either, since I like/tolerate most movies i watch. Whatever. I'm getting tired. -_- Goonight!
