Stumbled across something awesome!
I was searching for information on my great aunt Lena Jo and I found something AWESOME!!! I found her senior yearbook online. It is the ONLY yearbook from that school that is entirely online AND it happens to be the sophomore year of my grandparents! So they are in there too, only they weren't indexed since they weren't seniors! And their best friends are in there that I grew up knowing! And my great aunt was the class poet! And the poem she wrote for the class was actually really good! And my sweet little granddaddy appears to have been the class badass and he was in the drama club! Holy crap!
Also, the English teacher at the school was the father of a teacher that all three of my siblings had who they are all three still in touch with 20 years after they had him. So his dad probably taught our grandparents!
