Yesterday was a bad day for me physically. I was in the middle of Wal-mart when I began to feel awful. I could barely stand up because I felt so sick to my stomach, and I am very surprised I managed to walk straight. My head was killing me. Did not go to work today, either, because of this illness. Had a second fever last night, but it was not as bad as the first one on Monday night. Yup, I'm sick. Ironically, both my mom and I came down with the same cold-thing on the same day. Weird... I was hoping to get some research done for my NaNo 2009 novel (see jacquelynfisher for more info), but the way I am feeling right now, I think I'll just sleep instead.

I think the reason why I have been feeling sick since Thursday is... dairy. Wednesday night I had a delicious chicken alfredo, and every day since I have had a little bit of dairy in some form.

I have already given up milk, ice cream, and queso, but I guess I need to stay away from dairy all together now.

This is a sad, sad day.

I wonder if I have a mild stomach bug? When I woke up last Thursday, I had an upset stomach and did not go into work. Ever since then, whenever I eat, I get that same sick feeling.
