The new SFX is quite Torchwoody - Gwen and Jack on the cover and an interesting interview with Rusty. His plans sound fairly positive. But he does put the final nail into the coffin of the Rift issue, thanking Moff for sealing up the cracks in Doctor Who, coz now he feels the Rift was closed as part of that.
