I found it should be on Route 213 exploring the sea part there, but I found every object but that.

On the town map of Sinnoh, some towns are blue, others are red. What does this indicate?

The whole berries needing more water and growing slower than others is really bumming me out. Does anyone have a map of where all the berry plots in Sinnoh are? I keep thinking there's some dried up berries I'm forgetting about because my Berry Checker only looks for fully grown berries. Woe. :((((
