 Hi! I'm playing with Pokemon Platinum and I'm looking for TM18 Raindance. 
I found it should be on Route 213 exploring the sea part there, but I found every object but that.
I'd be glad if someone had a map in which I can see where it is clearly or some detailed explanations.

Even though I've been playing Silver since it came out, it was only recently I noticed that the flower arrangements in Goldenrod Gym depict a Clefairy. And then there's National Park, where the grassy areas reflect the image of a huge pokéball.

What other "hidden images" are there in maps all around Pokéworld?

Would anyone know where I can find a map of the Sinnoh Underground and the locations aboveground I'd have to visit in order to access certain parts of the underground?

I rarely get blips on my screen for any digging so I don't know what else to do.
