 I've come with a rather demanding request.

I'm looking for an Arceus that I can use for the Soul Silver event to obtain Giratina.
If I could even just loan it, that's fine with me!

I'm also looking for all 4 Regis to complete my Diamond National Dex. I only need about 30 more Pokemon...

In order to get to Regice, you have to read the inscription in the Island Cave and then just wait, right? But for how long? I've left my game untouched for about two minutes after reading the discription, and nothing ever happened.
