Ah yes, the Über Tier, the place to send all those overpowered Legendaries (and Wobbuffet) because they're far too unbalancing for the standard tier. It's the only place where you can have Rain Dance or Sunny Day teams with the same unending weather benefits as your SandStream or Snow Warning teams in the standard.
