So after my ice cream making blitz last weekend, I had close to 35 egg whites in my freezer. I decided to use em up with angel food cake! I bought a tube pan yesterday and set out with my Cake Bible.

I definitely have had too much sugar today. Did you know, a banana has about 12 grams of sugar in it? That's kind of intense. That's out of a 100-125g banana. The nasty instant oatmeal I bought is 12g of sugar (refined!) in a 42g packet of oatmeal ( Read more... )
