Oh my god, guys, if you like brie -- hell, if you like cheese, and not just the sliced sandwich stuff, I really, really recommend the Fromager d'Affinois. Which the Internet tells me is not actually brie, but it is sweet, creamy, cow's milk cheese that is pretty similar. I find it goes deliciously with pears. Or deliciously on bread ( Read more... )

Discovered today!

When frying eggs, the whites are useful because they prevent the yolk from simply becoming a large, yolk-shaped scrambled egg. This is of course assuming you like runny yolks, like I do.

Therefore, frying yolks only is not advisable.
