Today I went to the Spanish grocery store in Berkeley to get a bottle of horchata. And I also found packets of squid ink! So now I can make squid ink pasta, just like
this recipe suggests.
I am so excited, you have no idea. Squid ink pasta is one of my favorite abroad dishes, because there is like NO RESTAURANT in my area that would do this. That's sad, because it's delicious... though admittedly it's an acquired taste. (I eat dried cuttlefish already, I like strange seafood things.)
Ahhh squid ink pasta AHHHH I can't wait to make it a dinner.
