Just ate dinner with Adam and realized how different we are when it comes to food. It isn't usually as evident with most things but tonight we both had steaks- his well done and mine rare/barely medium. He loads things up with garlic and italian seasonings and I got for sea salt and cajun spices. He was looking at my plate fulla blood and told me I ( Read more... )

I think people are surprised I'm crafty as I think I come off more punk than hippy. No one ever suspects I'm Christian or am remotely into God. I'm sure there are others, but I don't know what they are.

La la la miss you, love your face, welcome back.

Hm, good ones. I think people can tell I'm crafty because most of the time the purse I carry is one I've made, so that's fun. Except when strangers ask me to make them something- do you ever get that from people? Weiiiird.

I missed you too!

oh! OH! For a long time everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, thought me or my brother was gay. And I've had random people ask me to make them stuff and I usually do because I'm a tard.

Huh, really? I wonder why they thought that about you and your brother? Interestiiing.

I didn't mean like, co-workers or faint acquaintances but absolute strangers that I've never even spoken to, people I don't even know the name of. Like some woman today in the grocery store that liked my purse and asked me to make her one :/

cuuuuuute! and a 4th of july baby too!

and i loved the story about the punk couple. :D

when i was in high school i got asked if i liked anything girly, including the color pink. i would then ask them in return "what color is my backpack?" "pink" "right, so there is your answer"

idk what other people think of me. or how they see me and its not true. tho in high school i was thought to be very into drugs, alcohol, and sex and what not, due to the friends i hung out with and how i acted. but really i was 100% sober/pure till the second half of my senior year. which was only two years ago. lol.

i'm also not goth or emo or scene. tuvm. i'd say i'm more of a punk hippy stoner. lol. considering i'm re bleaching/dying my bangs blue, i'm attempting to bleach one of my dreads, and i'm sad cuz i'm all outta weed. LOL.

Yep, I sat up with her the first night in the hospital and looked at the fireworks from the window, it was really cool.

Haha, I love how you were so different from your friends then and now that you do have more of their vices you're (assuming here) not around them. Hmm!

Bleaching a dread, eh? Mine are too wee for me to want to mess with that sort of thing yet, I've dyed them darker and that's hard enough to make sure to get every little bit. I can't imagine bleaching right now, I'd have so many dark spots!

Oh no! I've heard that henna pretty much needs stripped out or grown out and that's about it, otherwise I'd have tried it out myself. I'm way too fickle to commit to something like that though, I went through so many hair colors so fast for a while that henna would just be a giant mistake. I like the thought of a coppery color though! That's such a fun shade, any pictures? I think it would be really cute to have a head full of penny colored dreads ( ... )

I feel awesome! With Ollie my epidural didn't work on one side so his birth, in retrospect, was mostly just a ton of pain and I was really depressed and out of it afterward. But hers went so well it's nuts- I feel great and human and we've been going out every day and everyone is happy. It's such a huge difference between the two!

Also, my mum is visiting with my niece today so I made bright pink and yellow cupcakes! I love baking.

Oh, that's always fun! I get all snazzy looking and relatively normal looking when we're going to hang out with Adam's family and the first time they saw my ears they were kind of boggled. It was cute, "oh! they're both holes there, aren't they? Wow! Does that go all the way through your nose, too?"
