So there was a flood here recently?

Can you please explain to me what exactly happened. I noticed some plants that were damaged as well, more than I thought they would.

Several weeks ago, it started to storm strange, black rain and that turned into a flood that would be impossible in my home -- I believe the waters were 80 feet or so high before it started to dry up. A lot of people have been in temporary housing unless they were lucky enough to live on high floors like me.

[OOC: Can you fill out this permission post? Muraki's a pretty horrible person at times and Flora seems like the type he might want to use to his own ends if possible.]

That sounds good. I think most people are focused on helping the people and buildings first, so a person dedicated to the plants will be a nice change.

If you ever want to buy flowers, I know just the shop you should go to.
